Cole Hauser is an American actor who played the character of Benny O'Donnell in the 1993 comedy film "Dazed and Confused". The film, directed by Richard Linklater, follows a group of high school students on the last day of school in 1976. Hauser's character is a senior student and star athlete who befriends the incoming freshmen and helps them navigate the traditions and rituals of their new school.
